Meet Max- Specialist in Strength, Conditioning & Recovery

Max is an experienced coach with a strong background in performance and recovery. A former rugby player with Exeter Chiefs, Sale Sharks, and Worcester Warriors, he now helps some of the country’s top athletes optimise their strength and conditioning, alongside run coaching through his Run Club. His science-backed approach enhances training, recovery, and performance.

Whether you’re overcoming an injury, improving mobility and strength or seeking a balance between recovery and performance, Max can design a plan tailored to your goals.

A monthly plan for those focused on injury recovery, strength or mobility imbalances, or advanced strength & conditioning. Designed for athletes and individuals with specific recovery goals, incorporating The Recovery Club’s facilities for optimal results.

-Consultation: Set goals & create an action plan  

-Personalised Plan: Strength, running (if applicable), and recovery sessions via TrainingPeaks 

-Tracking: Monitor mobility, sleep, stress & soreness

- Check-Ins: Weekly progress reviews
